We like to meet our visitors on arrival and if it is not possible to ring us on a mobile then you will find a sign directing you to our laundry room where you will find a phone which you can use to ring us so that we can bring you the key within a couple of minutes of your arrival.

From Bury St. Edmunds
on A14 turn left to Haughley at bottom of hill (in the 50 mph limit area) Take first right into the village past the Village Hall and then immediate left past Palmers Bakery on right. At junction carry straight on to Haughley Green and Bacton. (At this stage if you have a mobile you could ring 01449 780076 to let us know that you are 10 minutes away) Go through village, under the low railway bridge to the B1113 T junction. Turn right, first left into Parkers Road go over two crossroads into Brook House Road and follow narrow road keeping left until Coda Cottages are found on right. (approx ½ mile from crossroads).
From A140 North
take right turn at Stoke Ash White Horse (at this stage if you have a mobile you could ring 01449 780076 to let us know that you are 10 minutes away) and then left in Wickham Skeith signposted to Cotton. The 2nd left is signposted to Dandy Corner. Coda Cottages are on the left after 600 metres.
From A140 South
turn left after the mast signposted to Mendlesham. (at this stage if you have a mobile you could ring 01449 780076 to let us know that you are 10 minutes away). Left at T junction, go through Mendlesham, (past the church and fish and chip shop). After leaving the village having gone round tight double bend, take first left signposted to Cotton, pass Cotton church on left. At next crossroads turn right into Brook House Road and follow narrow road keeping left until Coda Cottages are found on right. (approx ½ mile from crossroads).
From A12
turn left at roundabout signposted to Ipswich/Bury St Edmunds. Stay on A14 past Ipswich and past Stowmarket, into heavily signposted 50 mile speed limit zone and turn right at the top of the hill (still in speed zone) signposted to Bacton/Haughley (across the other lane of the A14) . (At this stage if you have a mobile you could ring 01449 780076 to let us know that you are 10 minutes away). Follow road through Haughley and Haughley Green to Bacton. and through the village of Bacton under the low railway bridge to the B1113 T junction. Turn right, first left into Parkers Road go over two crossroads into Brook House Road and follow narrow road keeping left until Coda Cottages are found on right. (approx ½ mile from crossroads).
