This cottage is single storey and has been designed for use by our wheel chair bound as well as able bodied guests. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom have been fitted to a specification from the English Tourist Board. We have included extra touches, all the light switches are operated from cords. Ramps can quickly be added to aid access to the front door of the cottage.
The living area is as pictured above with the kitchen area being located behind the vertical beams. The living area has an authentic brick fireplace and picture windows. There is an attractive electric woodburner effect fire located in the fireplace. The yellow sofa (as in picture) can be converted to a sofa bed and we provide the duvet and bed linen for this too. In addition there is a red colour easy chair as well as a colour TV/video and CD/radio player.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. We provide all utensils, cooking equipment as well as Denby china. We all also like to make sure that at the start of your stay each cottage is equipped with washing up liquid, dishwasher powder, rubbish bags, kitchen towel, toilet rolls and cleaning products etc.
From this living area in addition to the ensuite shower room you will find a cloakroom that contains a toilet and hand basin.

Champains Bedroom
There is a separate bedroom, which has a 5’ bed, wardrobe and dressing table (hair dryer in the drawer) and access from the bedroom to the en suite shower room. The ensuite shower room has a specially designed level floor that can aid the movement of wheelchairs. There are various handles to aid movement in the shower room. We can easily provide a special shower chair for clients on request.
